Description
We make traditional Welshcakes using a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg along with juicy sultanas, as part of our all butter recipe.
They are cooked on a griddle, cooled and packed straight away to seal in the freshness. We use plant based bags for this, so you can put them safely in the compost bin. Our Welshcakes are dated for consumption within 2 weeks or they are ideal for home freezing.
