Description
Our gluten free traditional Welshcakes have grown in popularity over the years! Using our all butter recipe with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon and juicy sultanas, we substitute what flour for Doves Farm organic gluten free self raising flour. The flavour is delicious and the texture slightly more crumbly, but just as lovely!
They are griddled by hand in small batches, cooled and packed immediately to seal in the freshness. We use plant based bags so they can safely go into the compost bin. Our Welshcakes are dated for consumption within 2 weeks or they are ideal for home freezing.
