Here you’ll find all the info you should need relating to our Delivery & Returns policy. If you need something not shown here, please just get in touch.

Delivery

For online orders we have a minimum spend of £10.00 before P&P. This equates to 2 boxes of 6, or 2 gift bags of 12, or a gift bag of 12 and a box of 6 welshcakes. If this is too much, then it might be an option to freeze some cakes. As they are all freshly baked, our welshcakes freeze really well

We use DPD to deliver and have a next day service. If we receive your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday we will aim to get your order packed and sent the same day, for next day delivery. Orders received after 1pm will usually be sent the next day. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be sent out on Monday for delivery Tuesday. All of this is stock permitting, if we have any delays we will get in touch! DPD will provide tracking information directly to you as the customer.

Shelf Life

Our welshcakes are freshly baked and have a 2 week shelf life from the day of baking. We will always endeavour to have at least 7 days shelf life on your cakes from the day you receive them.

Pre-ordering

If you would like to pre order for a special occasion, please leave a note for us in the message box (along with any gift message) and we will hold your order. Please let us know the date you would like delivery and we will hold the order and send out our freshest welshcakes for you!

Online Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging. You will need to include proof of purchase in the return. No refunds can be given without some form of proof of purchase.

Refunds.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after that inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will recive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 14 days).

Products That Cannot be Returned
We cannot accept return of unwanted food, beverages or hampers. Other items may be added to this list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying any costs of returning the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Statutory Rights
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
